Years later when OSQ was born, she had no idea that it would turn into the thriving business that it is today. She credits that success in large part to her acute attention to detail, as well as a genuine desire to make her clients happy. Her easy going nature and unique ability to bring people together and "make things happen" has earned her a respectable and likable reputation among her colleagues.
Alicia played a key role in getting California's AB-5, a law that inadvertently threatened musicians' livelihoods, amended to better suit the distinct needs of music professionals. She brings this kind of passion and drive into all areas of her life, including managing OSQ. She is also passionate about animals and adores her Lhasa Poo fur baby, Lili. She loves traveling, singing, standup comedy, doing yoga, reading, and is learning Greek, which is part of her family heritage.
